Are Pillows an Issue in Your Marriage?

My husband hates all my pillows, but they aren’t going anywhere

My husband walks in the bedroom to prepare for bed and starts unloading all the decorative pillows off the bed. He sighs. He hates my pillows because he doesn’t see the point, and because he has to work a little harder to get into the bed.

He also hates all the pillows on the chairs and sofas. Again, he sighs as he drops them on the floor so he can sit down. He is 6'2". I am 5'6". My legs are not as long as his and I need the addition of a pillow behind my back on a deep sofa or chair. They just get in his way.

Lately, the cats are also objecting to all the pillows. One of the cats parks herself on the back of the couch and constantly knocks the pillows over to get to her spot. She also throws up on them occasionally. I have had to take them off to prevent them from being ruined. She looks pretty pleased with herself.

The other cat has taken over my chair in my den and when I leave the pillow in the seat to discourage him from sitting there he just gets behind it and looks put out. “This is my chair by god and what the hell is this pillow doing here?”

What is the problem with all these beings and my pillows?
