Bijal — thank you so much for your response. The poem is gorgeous. I am a horticultural therapist, so I am fascinated with your profession. I wish I knew the name of the book,(I don’t remember it) but I have recently found one called “Done With the Crying” that seems helpful. I have only dipped into it as yet, so you may want to check it out for yourself before you recommend it.

Thank you for reminding me that grief is not linear. And I do have such lovely memories of her when she was a little girl and a young adolescent. I will always hold those close to my heart.
