I just picked up a copy of The New Menopause by Mary Claire Haver. I’m going armed with information next week to my GP and will ask him to put me back on HRT. I went off of it because of the breast cancer scare, but now know those risks were overblown. I’m 62 but didn’t go through menopause until 55, so I’m within the 10 year period that’s safe to go on MHT.
