I was unimpressed with the eclipse here, too. It got semi-dark, like a storm was coming, but it was already cloudy. It did get cold and I had to go get a sweater. And the birds stopped singing. All in all, kind of underwhelming. I certainly wouldn’t have traveled to see it. I didn’t even have glasses. Who cares?

But your bird photos are amazing! What gorgeous colors! We had three different migratory warblers to show up in our woods today. Now that’s exciting! 😊
