I’m loving this beautiful story. I admit when I read the first one where you cleaned her house while she was away that I was afraid it was going to end badly. But, wow! What a gift to you both! I did the same with my mom- though she was not a hoarder- when she was diagnosed with a terminal illness. It was a very sweet, special time for both of us, and I will always be grateful for the bonding time we spent together.
