Janice- This made me laugh so loud! I could see this playing out perfectly in a Britcom. 🤣

What helped me finally stick to a daily meditation practice was finding a time every day that worked consistently. The time I finally landed on was before I get out of bed in the morning. I grab my headphones, cue my meditation app and lay there and meditate. Once I had done this for a couple of months I was able to get up, go to the bathroom, get tea and come back to the bed where I sit and meditate with my tea.
