Joel, I have been working on this for a while and need to step it up and get it finished. I might add that if you have any recurring charges or yearly subscriptions on your credit card that you list those so they can be cancelled. I found some things on my mom’s credit card like auto shipments and protection services for her phone. Her credit card wasn’t being cancelled because my stepdad still uses that account so it was important to get those services stopped. Also, those passwords are so important. Not just for financial accounts but also any social media accounts with instructions for closing these accounts down. Mom wasn’t good at keeping her passwords in order and we couldn’t get into her computer. Computer and phone passwords are crucial for whoever will be closing out your affairs.
