Mandy - Please give yourself time. You are going through a grief process and anger and hatred are part of that process for you. I have been working on this for over 10 years, so I have had a lot of time to work on it. I was very motivated to come to a place of acceptance, forgiveness and peace because I could not continue to live in the early stages of grief. I would have died. You will get there in time. Please be gentle with yourself. A really good therapist has been a part of my healing journey. I would highly recommend one.
