My dream vacation would be to stay in the little village where they film All Creatures Great and Small, with a caveat. It would have to be frozen in time and be exactly as it was in James Herriot’s day. No crowds, no tourists (except for me 🙃) and definitely a meal in Mrs. Hall’s kitchen. Oh well, I guess I will just stay home and live there vicariously by watching it over and over again.

All this to say, my quiet life in a rural mountain village has spoiled me, too!
