Punita — Thank you for your response. I love “curator of precious dust.” Such an apt description. Being a mother is the hardest job in the world and we are all purveyors of “not-perfect” mothering. Not all wrongs can be righted, but they can be forgiven. Your grief is legitimate, but not necessary to carry for the rest of your life.
