Thank you for sharing this. I have been using Insight Timer since Mom died and I am meditating between 30 minutes and an hour each morning. It has made a huge difference in my energy levels, my sense of calm and peace and even my creativity and ability to focus.
I have done the saa taa naa maa meditation in a Kundalini yoga class but had not heard about the connection to Alzheimer's prevention. I will put this meditation in my favorites on the app and start doing it, as well. Thanks!
