Thanks Randy. I am working on one right now since you are not the only one who asked about meditation for grief. Stay tuned.
Meditation can unearth things. I have been working with a very skilled therapist for several years and she has helped me work through and release a lot of stuff that has come up for me. I highly recommend that if you have the means to find someone who can help you navigate the feelings. But please don't be afraid of meditation. It can actually help you manage the feelings.
