This exact thing happened to us when we were selling our house last year. Our realtor told us she would have an open house then make an excuse why she didn’t. She never showed our house, didn’t advertise and basically put the sign in the yard and said call me when it sells.
We fired her and found a realtor who sold our house in 13 days. We were 2 months behind, too, but in the end it was a blessing because we needed the extra time to finish moving out. ( We had already moved into our new house. )
With real estate there’s a huge amount of magic and grace involved. You have to trust the process, even though it’s hard!
