This is food for thought, Paul. I have to admit my nervous system is set on high alert all the time. Car travel in heavy traffic is one of the things that can send me over the edge. Also, air travel has become something I avoid at all costs. But this definitely limits my ability to go some of the places I want to go. It’s definitely a trade-off. The illusion of safety (after all, a tree could fall on my house while I’m sitting here) vs. the reality of taking a risk and doing what makes your heart sing. Hmmm. Maybe with some good drugs I could get through the travel part to get to where I want to be! 😊
