We have been considering relocating, too. The hard part for us is that we have put so much of our sweat and love into this property to make it our dream and it's hard to think of leaving it. We are getting older now and it is harder to do the kind of sweat equity we have done here. But if things don't improve, I see us cutting our losses and going somewhere we can live in relative safety without living in fear.
