What I take from this is that he fed 4 people for $6 a piece but charges almost 70 times that in his restaurant. He would do better to purchase his ingredients at the supermarket and donate the exorbitant excess euros to charity for the food insecure. Who ARE these people who can pay that much for one meal?? That’s an entire month of groceries for my husband and me.
