When I read this line I cheered! Good for you for sending her home. She would have absolutely ruined your wedding day.

This is gorgeous writing and it elicited all the emotions as I read it. I hope it helped to tell it, and I would like to say you did a fabulous job of writing without self-indulgence. I have some stories I would like to tell, but they all sound so whiny when I construct them in my head. I don't think I am far enough away from them yet, and I may never be. But you did a phenomenal job. I bow to your exquisit writing.
