Yes, Paul. There is certainly a segment of our population who has lived with fear for generations - going back to the days their ancestors were enslaved. And so many immigrants in this country have lived with daily fear, and those who suffer abuse, etc. I know I am privileged that I have not had to live this way until now. It opens my heart even more to the suffering of others.
